The Apart offers all the benefits of an exquisite shared complex at Saneil, considered by many as the very best in Kalkan. fabulous 30m pool, very friendly ambiance -and the seclusion of your delightful apartment with one of the largest balconies at Saneil (just 15 privately owned apartments). The sea views on both sides are stunning, and the apartment is also framed by the mountains behind. It has 2 bedrooms, a master en-suite, and a twin room with an extra pop-up bed.

The apartment has been furnished to the highest standards with marble flooring, air conditioning, and mosquito screens fitted throughout. Spectacular sea views of both Kalamar and Kalkan Bay can be enjoyed from both your private large terrace and the swimming pool. Both have an umbrella (s) and sun loungers/deckchairs for your private use.

Landscaped gardens and private parking. The sole use of sun loungers and umbrellas is for apartment guests. Guests may also use the facilities of the nearby Asfiya or Likya hotels -for dining, Turkish Baths, etc.

FLIGHTS/TRANSFERS/CAR HIRE: Scheduled and charter flights are available to Dalaman Airport from Gatwick, Birmingham, East Midlands, Notts, etc. Do check with us for details of useful websites for flights. Traveling time from Dalaman to Kalkan takes less than 1 1/2 hours. The roads are new and give you a fascinating glimpse into Turkish life.

Internet: There is a free Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of £100 is required before arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, or theft. Your payment, instead of £100, can possibly be paid in US Dollars, Turkish Lira, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 11:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 11:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these services. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc., services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
